Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United reportedly want Nikola Milenkovic of Fiorentina.

Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United are interested in signing Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic, according to The Mirror.

It has been reported that Tottenham are looking at Milenkovic as a potential replacement for Belgium international defender Toby Alderweireld.

Spurs’ Premier League rivals United are also claimed to be interested in the 20-year-old central defender, who joined Fiorentina from Partizan Belgrade in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by The Mirror to be worth £4 million.

Good signing

Milenkovic is a very talented and promising young central defender who will be a good signing for Tottenham or United in the long run.

The 20-year-old is still very young and is developing, but the central defender has already showcased his quality and has a lot of potential.

The Serbia international – who is valued at €24.6 million (£21.55m) by the CIES Football Observatory – has scored two goals in eight Serie A appearances for Fiorentina so far this season, according to WhoScored.
