Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are both said to be tracking the progress of the Metz striker.

According to TeamTalk, Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea are both keen to sign Habib Diallo in January.
Tottenham and Chelsea could both be on the look out for a new forward, with Diallo said to be available from Metz for around £10 million.
The 24-year-old has eight goals so far this season in Ligue 1, which is more than Tottenham striker Harry Kane’s total of six so far in the Premier League.
Of course, if Diallo was to join Tottenham it is highly likely that he would be playing second fiddle to Kane, but he could help to bolster Mauricio Pochettino’s attacking ranks.
For Chelsea to sign the Senegalese forward they will need their transfer ban to be overturned.

There is hope around Chelsea that they will be able to make signings again in the new year, and with Olivier Giroud potentially set to exit, Diallo could make a smart addition.
Chelsea and Spurs are also said to be competing with Norwich City and Watford, who could offer Diallo more regular game time than either Frank Lampard’s or Mauricio Pochettino’s sides.
