Both Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are said to be interested in signing the young Roma star.

According to a report from Italian publication Calcio Mercato, Roma are preparing to offer a new contract to Cengiz Ünder, in a bid to ward off interest from the likes of Tottenham and Arsenal.
The 21-year-old winger has been in fine form in Italy this season, chalking up six goals and nine assists in 25 appearances in all competitions.
He currently earns €20,000 per week (£17,500), according to Calcio Mercato, and the same publication claims that Roma are ready to triple the youngster’s salary.
According to Football.London, Tottenham and Arsenal have both scouted Ünder several times this season, with a view to making a summer bid for the talented winger.

The Express claims that Roma value the 21-year-old at £50 million, and should he sign a new deal with the Serie A outfit, it will be even harder for either Tottenham or Arsenal to prise him away from the Italian capital.
Ünder is a real star in the making, however, and that price could end up looking like an absolute bargain in years to come.
