Tottenham Hotspur and FC Porto are reportedly interested in Juventus forward Fernando Llorente.

Porto have entered the race for Juventus striker Fernando Llorente, according to O Jogo.

It has been reported that the Portuguese giants are in the market for a striker this summer, as they look to sign someone to spearhead their attack while they also need to replace Jackson Martinez.

That has led them to single out Llorente as a possible target, with the Spaniard looking likely to leave Juve this summer given they have signed both Mario Mandzukic and Paulo Dybala for their attack, while they also have Alvaro Morata on their books, severely limiting his chances next season according to O Jogo.

Porto’s interest will come as a blow to Tottenham Hotspur, who are reported by TMW to be keen on securing his services as they look to add another goalscorer to their side to support last season’s sensation Harry Kane.

Which club would Fernando Llorente choose?

The Portuguese side would be confident of securing their man as he is represented by Mondial Sport Management, who also have Porto stars Vincent Aboubakar and Giannelli Imbula on their books.

They would also be able to offer Champions League football while Spurs can only offer Europa League football next season, meaning they are probably slightly ahead in the race.

However, the player may fancy the move to the Premier League with that being more of a competition than the Portuguese Primera Liga.

Indeed, were he to perform well in the Premier League, that would arguably catch the eye of Spain boss Vincente del Bosque and secure himself a Euro 2016 spot.
