Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal are allegedly keen on signing the winger.

According to a report from the Mirror, Tottenham are interested in signing AC Milan winger Suso this summer, but they could face competition from fierce rivals Arsenal.
The 25-year-old joined Milan from Liverpool in January 2015, and he has gone on to be a real hit at the San Siro, racking up 21 goals and 34 assists in 121 appearances in all competitions for the Rossoneri.
Spurs have enjoyed a wonderfully successful campaign thus far, both domestically and on the continent, but it does seem as though they need more strength in depth in the attacking department.
And the Mirror claims that Suso, who has a £35 million release clause inserted into his contract with Milan, is a top target for Tottenham.

Good signing for Spurs?
The Spaniard possesses real quality and excellent technical ability, although there are questions marks regarding his final product.
Suso scores roughly once in every six games, whilst he provides an assist in every four matches.
Those numbers aren’t exactly jaw-dropping, and although Mauricio Pochettino would undoubtedly help improve Suso as a player, Tottenham might just be better served in avoiding a move for the £35 million-rated winger this summer.
