Juventus are reportedly interested in signing the Tottenham Hotspur full-back.
According to a report from the Telegraph, Tottenham are expecting Juventus to bid for Kieran Trippier imminently, and they will accept any offer that meets their £25 million valuation of the full-back.
The 28-year-old joined Spurs from Burnley for just £3.5 million (The Guardian) in the summer of 2015, and he has gone on to make 114 appearances in all competitions for the north London outfit.
Trippier enjoyed a wonderful 2017/18 campaign for both Tottenham and England, but he really struggled last season, eventually losing his place in the national team to Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Englishman, who earns £65,000 per week according to Spotrac, has three years remaining on his current deal with Spurs, and it might just be a good time to sell him, considering that he will be 31 by the time his contract is up.
The Telegraph claims that Tottenham are expecting to receive a bid from Juve for Trippier any time now, but they will not let him go for anything less than £25 million.
And if Spurs do manage to get that fee for the right-back, it would have to go down as another Daniel Levy masterstroke, considering just how poor he has been over the past 12 months.
