Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are reportedly keen on the 20-year-old Dutchman.

According to ESPN, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton are still interested in signing PSV Eindhoven star Steven Bergwijn.
The Premier League duo continue to track the 20-year-old forward, after both were linked in 2017.
The Dutch attacker has made quite a name for himself in the Eredivisie this season, netting five goals in 17 league starts for PSV.

And ESPN claim that the Premier League is a probable destination for the starlet, adding that the Dutch side are “bracing themselves” for interest in their youngster.
Difficult to turn down Poch?
Both Spurs and Everton could do with another forward option.
Fernando Llorente has been a major disappointment for Tottenham following his £12 million move from Swansea in the summer, scoring twice.
The Toffees, on the other hand, have plenty of options, but not many brilliant ones.

The fact that Oumar Niasse is considered their best centre-forward at the moment as Cenk Tosun endures a frustrating start to life at Goodison Park says it all.
But you get the feeling that Everton will be pipped if Tottenham are genuinely interested. The prospect of joining the North Londoners and playing under Mauricio Pochettino must be hugely appealing for any young player, and Sam Allardyce and Steve Walsh will do very well to convince him that Goodison is a better destination for his development.
