Tottenham play West Ham in the Carabao Cup later this month.

The pair returned to first team training yesterday for the first time in months.
Rose has been out since January and Lamela’s last game was one year ago.
The Evening Standard report the duo could both return to action when Tottenham host West Ham at Wembley in the Carabao Cup later this month.

This is a fixture which comes in a huge month of games against Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Arsenal.
The North London derby with Arsenal is on November 18 and the report states the pair are both expected to be fully integrated back into the first team by this point.

If the West Ham game is too early, the home game against Real Madrid is an option on November 1, or the Premier League match with Crystal Palace days later.
The cup game could be the ideal opportunity to bring them back, providing they are both up to it.
