Tottenham Hotspur previously tried to bring Paris Saint-Germain starlet Adrien Rabiot to White Hart Lane in 2015.

A report in the Daily Mirror has suggested that Tottenham could reignite their interest in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot this summer after the player hinted that he could consider his options in the near future.
According to the Mirror, Spurs have tried to sign the 21-year-old before, but saw their 2015 loan bid rejected by the Ligue 1 giants.
However, Rabiot has now given the slightest hint that he may think about leaving the Parc des Princes if a suitable bid comes in.
“If there are offers from big clubs, that obviously demands that they are considered,” he said, as reported by the Mirror.
“Clubs like Real Madrid, they are great clubs but, truly, the most important thing is the present and I am concentrating on what I am doing right now, that is the best thing to do.”

While Tottenham are not quite on the same level as Real Madrid at the moment, he would surely be making a mistake if he did not consider joining Mauricio Pochettino’s men should an offer come in.
The North London club have made a tremendous amount of progress in recent years and look to be in with a fantastic chance of securing a spot in next season’s Champions League.
Meanwhile, although Rabiot is developing into an excellent player – he has been extremely impressive with PSG this term – a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs could be a gamble as he may not enjoy the kind of first-team football he would perhaps get elsewhere.

With Tottenham still growing as a side, he would surely have a much greater chance of holding down a place and developing with them as they look to establish themselves as mainstays at Europe’s top table.
And with Rabiot already boasting four league titles to his name despite his tender age, it could be players like the Frenchman that help Spurs clear that final domestic hurdle that has proved just too big for them in the last two seasons.
