Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly pushing to sign Andre Gomes.

According to Catalan newspaper SPORT, Tottenham Hotspur have agreed terms with the agent of midfielder Andre Gomes – and a €30million bid will be sent to Barcelona shortly.
Spurs have reached the Champions League final under Mauricio Pochettino, but that should not mean Tottenham relax in the transfer market.
With no signings for almost 18 months, Tottenham’s squad is in need of some freshening up, and a new midfielder is an absolute must after letting Mousa Dembele leave in January.
Now, Catalan newspaper SPORT claim that Tottenham have already agreed terms with Gomes’ agent, having met with Spurs executives this week.
It’s believed that the agent has accepted a move to Spurs, and Tottenham will now submit a bid of around €30million (£26million) to try and get the deal done.
The report adds that Tottenham would be outbidding Everton, meaning they’re the favourites for his signature in a big-money move.

The Portuguese international has been a regular on loan for Everton this term, becoming a favourite of Marco Silva in the centre of midfield.
He may well be back in the Premier League next season, but rather than playing at Goodison Park, he could be calling North London his new home if these new reports are to be believed.
