Tottenham Hotspur are closing in on a move for Dani Ceballos, report Spanish newspaper AS.
AS report Tottenham is looking ‘more and more likely’ as Ceballos’ preferred destination.
Ceballos is said to have already spoken to Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino and assured him he will give him regular first team chances.
Ceballos has already spoke of his desire to play 40 games this season after being a bit-part player at Real Madrid.
The Spain under-21 star has also attracted interest from AC Milan, but AS report Pochettino has helped sway Tottenham’s case.
Now all that is missing is an agreement between Tottenham and Real Madrid.
Both a loan deal and a permanent transfer are possible, with AS’ report offering no indication either way over which is more likely.
