According to Club Doria 46, Sampdoria are in desperate need of cash, and could sell two players who Tottenham, Leeds and Celtic want.
The Italian news outlet name-drops both Mikkel Damsgaard and Omar Colley as assets who could now be sold by the Serie A side.
Tottenham are mentioned as a potential destination for Damsgaard in Club Doria 46‘s report – Spurs are said to be ‘above all’ other clubs interested in the Dane.
Elsewhere, SampNews24 revealed that Leeds want Colley, a centre-back who the Yorkshire-based club’s scouts have been left impressed by.
Celtic are also keen on the Gambia international, according to a separate report from SampNews24.

Club Doria 46 state that Sampdoria are €14.7 million (£12.8 million) below the red line in terms of their balance sheet.
The report adds that they could sell Damsgaard for a fee in the region of €20 million – €25 million (£17.4 million – £21.8 million).
In Colley’s case, Club Doria 46 believe he could leave for a sum between €10 million – €15 million (£8.7 million – £13 million.

At a time where many clubs have been hurt financially by the impacts of COVID-19, expect this narrative to pop up often throughout the summer.
It might not benefit Celtic too much.
However, in Leeds and Tottenham’s case, the riches provided by the Premier League should help them take advantage of struggling clubs.
