According to Gazzetta dello Sport, LOSC Lille glovesman Mike Maignan can be signed for under €20 million (£17 million) amid interest from Tottenham.
Earlier this week, L’Equipe revealed that Spurs are keen on the 25-year-old shot-stopper as they eye a successor to Hugo Lloris.
Now, when revealing that AC Milan are also keen, Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Maignan can be signed for under £17 million.
Given the fact he’s just 25, and is also a France international, that would represent something of a bargain for Tottenham.
Maignan is a fantastic goalkeeper, and his statistics in Ligue 1 this season are nothing short of incredible.
In 30 appearances for LOSC Lille, the Tottenham target has kept 16 clean sheets while conceding just 19 goals.

Furthermore, it would also represent a bargain given what the French side quoted Chelsea for Maignan’s services back in August.
Before the Blues signed Edouard Mendy, Sky Sports claimed that they wanted the Cayenne-born keeper.
However, at that time, LOSC Lille were asking for £27 million.

Perhaps the financial impacts of COVID-19 have forced them to lower their asking price – however, the exact reason is unknown.
What is for certain is that Tottenham would be getting a bargain if they signed Maignan for £17 million or under.
At 25 years of age, he could realistically be their No.1 for a decade.
