Tottenham Hotspur apparently can pay the £25 million asking price Real Madrid want for Sergio Reguilon, the Daily Mail suggest.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan of the full-back, who he is now keen to bring to Tottenham.
Reguilon spent last season out on loan at Sevilla, where his performances were seriously impressive.
But Real Madrid are now happy to cash in on the defender, and Tottenham are sensing the opportunity.
Talks are now apparently set to advance this week, with Spurs among the favourites to land him.

Mourinho’s side are reportedly able to meet the asking price for the left-back, who would provide a more attacking alternative to Ben Davies.
Davies has been a key player under Mourinho so far, but he does have his limitations.
And it may be that Spurs see Reguilon as an excellent alternative to the Welshman, now that he seems to be up for sale on the market.
