Milan CEO Gazidis, who used to be at Spurs’ North London rivals, is reportedly keen on the Argentine manager.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be on the radar of Serie A side AC Milan, according to a report from Italy.
Gennaro Gattuso is currently in charge of the Rossoneri, but national outlet Corriere della Sera believes that he will only remain in the role if he leads his the San Siro side to a Champions League finish.
Milan have won seven European Cups / Champions League trophies, but they have endured several lean years – prior to this season’s participation in the Champions League, their prior stint in the continent’s premier competition was 2013-14.
The Rossoneri currently occupy the fourth and final qualification spot in the Serie A table, but have dipped in form recently and are only one point ahead of Atalanta with eight league games to go.

Milan CEO Ivan Gazidis, who joined Milan from Spurs’ rivals Arsenal last year, is understood to have identified Pochettino as the ideal candidate for the job, given he has impressed in the Premier League and has a good track record in bringing the best out of young players.
In addition, Gattuso is reported to have been at loggerheads with Leonardo, Milan’s sporting director, in recent weeks, potentially making the prospect of replacing him less difficult for the Rossoneri hierarchy.
Pochettino has been at Tottenham since 2014 and has turned the Lilywhites into a side regularly in contention for the Premier League title and reaching the latter stages of the Champions League.
