The Tottenham Hotspur manager is a prime target for Manchester City, according to reports.

According to a report from the Daily Star, Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is Manchester City’s first choice to take over from Pep Guardiola, when the Spaniard eventually leaves the Etihad.
The Argentine has worked wonders at Spurs, since taking over in the summer of 2014, and he has transformed the north London club into genuine challengers for major honours, both domestically and on the continent.
Whilst Guardiola is widely considered to be the best manager in the world, Pochettino is not too far behind him, and Tottenham fans will be praying that the 47-year-old is not prised away by the Premier League champions any time soon.
The Daily Star claims that that could very well happen, however, when Pep decides it’s time to move on.

The British tabloid claims that when the Manchester City boss decides to take a sabbatical from football management, Pochettino will be the number one choice to replace the 48-year-old.
The Tottenham boss still has unfinished business in north London, but should City make their reported interest more concrete, it will surely be impossible for the Argentine’s head not to be turned.
