Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have joined the race for Luka Vuskovic despite an offer from Manchester City.
Luka Vuskovic now wanted by Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur
90Min today report that Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain have now opened the bidding for Vuskovic.
City have offered a package worth up to €12million (£10.5million) but Hajduk Split want €15million (£13million).
That’s not a huge gap to bridge but City face major competition.
It’s suggested that Chelsea, Manchester United, Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur have all joined the race.
Vuskovic is expected to be sold this summer despite having a contract until 2026.
The teenager would like a loan return to Hajduk next season and that will seemingly be part of negotiations.

Who is Hajduk Split talent Vuskovic?
Vuskovic was born in Split and has come up through the Hajduk ranks in recent years.
Vuskovic only turned 16 in February, which makes his rise at Hajduk even more incredible.
The defender made his senior debut against Dinamo Zagreb last month, which is a baptism of fire in Croatian football standards.
By scoring against Osijek earlier in March, Vuskovic became Hajduk’s youngest-ever goalscorer at just 16 and five days old.
Already 6ft 4in tall, Vuskovic has earned three caps for Croatia’s Under-17’s and senior caps surely won’t be far away at this rate.
The Croatian media have hailed Vuskovic as ‘unstoppable’, predicting a huge future for the centre back.
Newcastle and Tottenham may well see Vuskovic as being a key man for their futures but they will have to somehow beat City in this transfer race.
Newcastle do have major spending power but may not quite the allure of City yet, whilst Tottenham will be an unlikely destination until a new manager is found.
City appear to be clear favourites here but the race for Vuskovic is heating up.
