Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United target Emerson has been made available by Barcelona for £27 million, according to TMW.
Mundo Deportivo claimed last month that both Tottenham and Newcastle had an eye on the right-back.
And it seems that Barca could cash in on Emerson now, as they seek to raise funds for their own transfer plans this summer.
Tottenham are still thought to be on the hunt for a right-back, especially as Serge Aurier could be nearing the exit.
Aurier is the only natural right-back on Tottenham’s books right now, and his departure would leave a big void in their squad.
Newcastle, meanwhile, may struggle to afford Emerson at his current price tag.

When the rumours of Newcastle’s interest initially started there was hope that they would have no owners in charge by the time the season ended.
However, Newcastle’s potential takeover has now fallen through, and Steve Bruce is only expected to have a limited budget to spend now.
Tottenham’s and Newcastle’s task of getting Emerson could have been made difficult too, as PSG are now said to be interested in the full-back in TMW’s latest update over his future.
