According to TuttoJuve, Tottenham and Manchester City are interested in signing Leeds maestro Kalvin Phillips.

TuttoJuve added that Pep Guardiola’s side are also eyeing Phillips, as are Spurs, who are currently managerless.
Interestingly, Real Madrid are also said to be in the mix, according to the report.

In our view, we’d take that with a pinch of salt, as it seems remarkably low for someone who is emerging as one of England’s best in his position.
