The Celtic striker is one of the most highly-rated youngsters in Europe currently, and is now attracting attention from the likes of Tottenham and Liverpool
A report from Glasgow Live has suggested that Liverpool and Tottenham will be amongst the clubs who attend Celtic’s Champions League clash with Manchester City to watch Moussa Dembele on Tuesday.
The 20-year-old is attracting plenty of attention from some of Europe’s biggest clubs following a tremendous start to life at Parkhead, and it appears that some are planning to have a look at him up close in the Hoops’ final game in this year’s competition.
Celtic’s Moussa Dembele
Glasgow Live reports that the Reds have already watched Dembele five times this season, and it seems that they may be about to take their interest to the next level as the report suggests that Jurgen Klopp may attend the game personally to have a look at the young Frenchman ahead of a potential £20m bid in January.
The Merseyside outfit and Tottenham will not be the only clubs sending representatives to the Etihad Stadium this week however.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is considering attending the game himself
Glasgow Live adds that Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain – the club where Dembele came through the ranks before leaving for Fulham in 2012 – will also have scouts at the game.
And they will undoubtedly be hoping that Dembele repeats the performance he put in when City visited Parkhead earlier in the campaign, where he bagged a brace as Celtic secured a 3-3 draw against the Premier League side.
