Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool look set to miss out on Wolverhampton Wanderers youngster Morgan Gibbs-White this month.

Gibbs-White is one of the brightest talents coming through at Wolves right now, but there appeared to be some speculation surrounding his future with the Championship leaders.

The Sun reports that Gibbs-White signed a new contract on his 18th birthday on Saturday and is now set to stay with Nuno Espirito Santo’s side for the long-term.

Gibbs-White will now be hoping that he can mark his new deal by earning more opportunities in the Wolves first-team as they look to secure promotion to the top flight.
The teenager featured in the recent defeat against Nottingham Forest, but that is his only league appearance of the campaign to date, though he did feature in both FA Cup ties with Swansea City earlier this month.
