According to a report from Tutto Sport, Italian side Torino are already planning how to spend the £3.5million they will now get from Leeds United for defender Pontus Jansson.
The Swedish centre-back turned out for the 20th time since his loan move to Elland Road when the Whites took on Rotherham United earlier this week, and it seems that nothing can now stand in the way of his permanent switch to Yorkshire.
He is now just two games away from a permanent move, as his agent confirmed to Fotball Skanalen earlier.
According to Tutto Sport, Torino have already added the cash to the summer kitty, suggesting that they expect a deal to now go through as has long been suggested in the media.
Jansson has been nothing short of sensational since he signed for Leeds in a temporary deal at the start of the campaign.
In fact, he is already a firm fan favourite and is now on route to go down as a club legend if he maintains his current form.
Jansson has played a major role in Leeds’ push for promotion and the £3.5million they will now have to pay for his services looks like being one of the bargains of this or any year.
