According to Le Parisien, Paris Saint-Germain are eyeing a number of players who will soon be out of contract, with Liverpool’s Georginio Wijnaldum on the list.
Others include the likes of Lionel Messi, Memphis Depay and Sergio Aguero.
However, it’s Wijnaldum who is mentioned as being the priority target for the Ligue 1 champions.
The 70-cap Netherlands international finds himself out of contract in June, and he is yet to put pen to paper on fresh terms at Anfield.
Seeing as he is now well into the last six months of his deal, Wijnaldum is free to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with another side.

In that respect, if Mauricio Pochettino’s PSG do want the 30-year-old, they are already able to speak to him without needing to contact Liverpool first.
It would be a shame to see Wijnaldum leave Anfield, although he’s leaving it pretty late if he does wish to remain on Merseyside.
The former Newcastle man has started 23 of Liverpool’s 25 Premier League games this season.

He’s done well to keep himself fit as others around him are dropping like flies.
It’s interesting that PSG have prioritised the Dutchman, as the likes of Messi and Aguero are arguably more attractive players to have.
Nevertheless, Wijnaldum offers great composure, energy and drive in midfield, so perhaps Pochettino is looking to inject some of that into his squad.
