Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic reportedly want to sign Timothy Castagne of Atalanta in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that Celtic want to sign right-back Castagne from Italian club Atalanta in the January transfer window.
The Belgium international is struggling for playing time at the Serie A outfit at the moment.
According to The Daily Mail, Castagne could learn about his future in the next 48 hours and whether or not Atalanta will let him leave in January.

Good signing for Celtic?
Castagne is a very good right-back who will be a good signing for Celtic in the January transfer window.
The 23-year-old has done well when he has been given the chance at Atalanta following his move from Genk in the summer of 2017 for a transfer fee reported by The Daily Mail to be worth £5 million.
Mikael Lustig has not been great for Celtic recently, while Cristian Gamboa does not seem to have convinced manager Brendan Rodgers, and the Glasgow giants will be better with Castagne in their team.
