Queens Park Rangers are still on the hunt for a new manager to take charge after parting company with Steve McClaren.

According to the London Evening Standard, Tim Sherwood has turned down Queens Park Rangers.
Sherwood was the choice of Les Ferdinand to take over at Loftus Road, but he has reportedly rejected the chance to lead QPR.
Sherwood apparently felt that QPR’s budget was too restricted to work with, so is looking for a job elsewhere instead.
The news comes as a blow to Rangers’ plans, as they look to appoint a new manager before the season finishes.
Carlos Carvalhal, Mark Warburton and Nigel Pearson are now said to be the leading contenders to take charge of QPR.

Warburton, in particular, is said to have support at Loftus Road as he has worked on a limited budget before.
QPR are set to narrowly avoid relegation this season, and currently sit in 19th place in the Championship table.
