There is an expectation from many at Tottenham Hotspur that they may not play another game until December 19th, the Athletic report.
Covid hits Tottenham
Tottenham have suffered with a covid outbreak in their camp, which has left 20 players and staff having to isolate.
Spurs have now shut down first-team training, with the members of their squad who are fit having to train from home.
Antonio Conte has apparently provided Conte with meal plans and training programmes to maintain their fitness, but no team training can take place.
That has meant that Spurs had to cancel their Europa Conference League match against Rennes yesterday.
Tottenham have also seen their game against Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Sunday abandoned and there are fears that their clash with Leicester City will also fall by the wayside.
Spurs are set to face Leicester on Thursday and while the game currently is scheduled to go ahead, many at the club apparently feel it will be cancelled.
Many staff at Tottenham are, therefore, not expecting to see the side in action again until next weekend.

Tottenham vs Liverpool
Spurs are set to face Liverpool in nine days’ time.
Conte’s side’s preparations for that fixture are far from ideal either.
The Lilywhites’ players who have tested positive will have to isolate for 10 days, so they won’t have a full squad back in training for some time.
Spurs’ players will understand the importance of the clash with Liverpool too.
Tottenham are now really pushing hard to take a top four spot, and if they could beat the Reds it really would be a statement of their ambitions to make the Champions League qualification places.
