The Crystal Palace man has spent most of the season on the bench at Selhurst Park.

Swansea City are interested in a move for Crystal Palace winger Lee Chung-yong, according to a report from Sky Sports.

It is reported that the South Korean is a target not only for Swansea but for two of the Championship’s top four. That would mean he is being targeted by two of Newcastle United, Brighton and Hove Albion, Reading or Leeds United.

Leeds, it would seem, are one of those teams. The fact it is two of the top four interested suggests the team in fourth, Leeds, are keen.

But it is so far only Swansea City that are confirmed to have an interest in the South Korean international.

The 28-year-old first came to England to join Bolton Wanderers in 2009 and spent six successful years at the club.

He joined Palace in 2015 but he has struggled to have a big impact at the club and has featured mostly as a substitute this season at Selhurst Park.

Swansea are now doubt looking for more options in their desire to stay in the Premier League. Leeds meanwhile, if interested, are after attacking recruits.

But Paul Clement will be hopeful of getting his hands on Lee before the transfer window shuts tomorrow.
