West Ham United forward Andre Ayew is wanted by Swansea City.

According to The Telegraph, Swansea City are prepared to offer £18million for West Ham United forward Andre Ayew before Wednesday’s transfer deadline.
The Swans find themselves bottom of the Premier League table even after beating Liverpool 1-0 last week, and sit three points adrift of safety after a dismal first half of the season.
Carlos Carvalhal will be looking to bring in new signings before Wednesday’s transfer deadline in order to boost his squad, and the Swans are hoping to bring and old face back to the Liberty Stadium.

The Telegraph report that, after failing with an £14million bid for West Ham attacker Andre Ayew, Swansea will now return with an offer of £18million in an attempt to secure a deal in the coming days.
Ayew, 28, signed for Swansea from Marseille back in the summer of 2015, and earned a move to West Ham just a year later after hitting 12 goals in 34 games for the Swans.
The Ghanaian was seen as a major signing for West Ham, but he scored just six times last season, and with only nine Premier League starts this season, he has recorded just two Premier League goals this term.

With West Ham boss David Moyes bringing in Joao Mario from Inter Milan last week, Ayew may have been pushed further down the pecking order depending on the Portugal international’s role, and Swansea look set to make a new bid to re-sign the forward this week.
Whether West Ham will take £18m – still a £2.5million loss on the fee they paid for Ayew 18 months ago – remains to be seen, but it’s a considerable improvement on Swansea’s first bid.
