Sunderland are reportedly interested in signing Swansea City’s Neil Taylor.
According to a report on Wales Online, Sunderland are chasing Swansea City defender Neil Taylor.
Sunderland are on the hunt for a new left-back, as they are expected to allow Patrick Van Aanholt to join Crystal Palace.
The Black Cats are set to receive a £12 million fee for Van Aanholt, and they are reportedly prepared to invest some of that in signing Taylor.

The Welsh international has struggled for game time at Swansea this season, and does not appear to be a part of Paul Clement’s plans.
The arrival of Martin Olsson at the Liberty Stadium has forced increased competition for places at left-back, and the Swans are now said to be looking to offload Taylor.
Sunderland feel that the 27-year-old could be a good addition for them, as they look to escape from trouble.

The Black Cats are stuck at the foot of the Premier League table, three points adrift of safety.
Sunderland made their first signing of the January transfer window yesterday, bringing in Joleon Lescott on a free transfer.
