According to The Telegraph, Sunderland are interesting in raiding AFC Wimbledon for youngster Paul Osew.
It’s claimed that Championship side Wycombe Wanderers and League Two outfit Salford City also want to sign Osew – but he wouldn’t be going permanently.
Strangely, Wimbledon would allow Osew to go out on loan, and he now has interest in the second, third and fourth tier.
The 20-year-old was previously on the books at Brentford, but joined Wimbledon in 2015 and has been emerging through their ranks.
Capable of playing anywhere up the left flank, Osew played 23 first-team games last season, but has bizarrely not played a league game this term.

The youngster needs playing time, and seemingly did enough last season to garner interest in his signature now.
Sunderland are just three points off the League One play-offs and will be looking for additions to get them over the line – but a left back from Wimbledon on loan maybe isn’t what fans had in mind.
