Sunderland and Portsmouth are reportedly interest in Freddie Ladapo of Plymouth Argyle.

It has been reported that Sunderland wanted to sign Ladapo in the January transfer window and have reignited their interest in the 26-year-old forward this summer.
The report, though, has claimed that the Black Cats, who failed to clinch promotion from League One to the Championship this past season, are playing catch-up.
According to The Chronicle, Portsmouth and another club in League One have had bids of £400,000 accepted by Plymouth.

Acting fast
If Sunderland are keen on bringing Ladapo to the Stadium of Light this summer, then they need to act quickly and make a move now.
With Portsmouth and another club having had offers accepted by Plymouth, as reported in The Chronicle, Jack Ross’s side cannot afford to wait any longer.
The 26-year-old former Crystal Palace and Southend United forward made 42 starts and three substitute appearances in League One for Plymouth this past season, scoring 18 goals in the process, according to WhoScored.
