Reality star-turned-striking extraordinaire Dennon Lewis could be on his way to Sunderland this summer with The Sun reporting that the Wearsiders are battling Huddersfield Town and Charlton Athletic for his signature.
Now, we cannot imagine that Phil Parkinson, Sunderland’s gruff-voiced gaffer, knows or cares all that much about the goings-on in the Love Island villa.
But one of the most experienced coaches in the Football League knows talent when he sees it and 21-year-old Lewis is certainly a player (and we don’t mean in the girl-juggling fashion).
The non-league star produced 14 goals and a further 11 assists for Wealdstone in 2019/20, despite spending the first few weeks of the season ‘cracking on’ in the Spanish sun.
And, according to The Sun, Lewis could soon be about to swap Ibiza for Wearside with Sunderland battling a host of clubs for his signature.

Huddersfield, Oxford and Leyton Orient are interested in a bargain £50,000 deal too, though it seems that Charlton are at the front of the queue right now.
The Addicks have a history when it comes to snapping up non-league strikers, landing Macauley Bonne last summer before transforming him into an established Championship attacker.
For Wealdstone, however, it seems that they are powerless to prevent Lewis’s departure.
Though, as they say on ITV2, ‘it is what it is’.
