Sunderland are on the hunt for new additions in January to help them get out of trouble.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, Sunderland are interested in Everton duo Bryan Oviedo and Darron Gibson.
Sunderland are set to sell Patrick Van Aanholt for £12 million to Crystal Palace, which will free up some room for new additions.
And Moyes reportedly plans to invest some money in bringing Gibson and Oviedo to the stadium of Light.

The Scottish boss worked with the duo at Goodison Park, and believes that they could enhance his options on Wearside.
Both Oviedo and Gibson have found themselves out of the first-team picture at Everton, and have suffered with injuries in recent times.
But the pair could be available for a cut price, which makes a deal possible in the coming weeks.

Oviedo is said to be keen to leave Everton, as he wants more regular action than he is getting for Ronald Koeman’s side, while Gibson does not seem to feature in the Toffees’ plans.
Sunderland are currently stuck at the foot of the Premier League table, and made their first addition of the January transfer window by bringing in Joleon Lescott on a free transfer yesterday.
