Sunderland look to have added another player to their ranks.

According to a report from French newspaper L’Equipe, Lorient midfielder Didier N’Dong has agreed a five-year deal with Sunderland, with his transfer fee potentially rising to as much as £17million after add-ons.
The 22-year-old has featured 54 times for his current club, scoring two goals and providing two assists in the process.

He previously played 48 times for Club Sportif Sfaxien and now looks set to make his new home with the Black Cats.
Sunderland manager David Moyes has had a tough transfer window to date as he bids to sign the players who can ensure his new side does not endure another relegation battle as so many teams have before him.
N’Dong is unlikely to be the last new arrival at the Stadium of Light today if Moyes has his way. However with time running out it remains to be seen if another deal or two can get over the line in the coming hours.
