AC Milan and Roma are reportedly keen on Sunderland attacker Fabio Borini.
According to Sky Italia, Serie A giants AC Milan and Roma are both interested in signing Sunderland attacker Fabio Borini in January.
Borini, 25, is in his second spell at Sunderland having scored ten goals in 40 appearances during a loan spell from Liverpool back in the 2013-14 season, as he completed a permanent move from the Reds in the summer of 2015.

With just five goals in 27 appearances last season, Borini didn’t quite hit the heights expected of him, and he’s been out through injury for most of this season, with his stunning long range strike in the 3-1 defeat at Manchester United on Monday marking his first goal of the season.
Despite his limited playing time this season, Borini appears to be attracting interest ahead of the January transfer window, with two Italian giants believed to be keen on signing him.

Sky Italia report that AC Milan and Roma are both interested in taking Borini on loan with a view to a permanent move in January, potentially offering Borini – who can play up front or out wide – a return to Italy.
Borini spent the 2011-12 season on loan at Roma from Chelsea, and his ten goals in 26 games earned him his big move to Liverpool, with Luciano Spalletti now looking to offer Borini a return to the Stadio Olimpico.
Meanwhile, AC Milan manager Vincenzo Montella is looking for attacking reinforcements, and having allegedly wanted to sign Borini with former club Fiorentina, he’s now looking to finally sign the Sunderland forward next month.
It’s stated that Borini’s agent is working on a deal to send the attacker back to Italy, in a move which would weaken Sunderland’s attacking options, but potentially give David Moyes some room to work in the January transfer market.
