West Ham United and Everton could reportedly be interested in Rodrigo Moreno this summer.

A report from The Sun on Sunday (30/6; page 59) has suggested that West Ham could be interested in Rodrigo Moreno this summer with the forward keen on a move back to the Premier League, while it is hinted that Everton could be tempted as Marco Silva chases a marquee signing.
Rodrigo enjoyed another outstanding campaign with Valencia last season, scoring eight goals in La Liga while also providing six assists for Los Che. He scored 16 top flight goals the previous year.
The Sun on Sunday (30/6; page 59) suggests that the 28-year-old has told Valencia that he is keen to return to the Premier League this summer nearly a decade after he joined Bolton Wanderers on loan.
The report notes that West Ham are ‘aware’ of Rodrigo – seemingly hinting that Manuel Pellegrini’s men are currently interested – while Everton have previously chased him, hinting that they could be the kind of team that joins the race for his signature as Silva searches for a ‘glamour’ signing.

Should Everton and West Ham pursue Rodrigo?
It is suggested by The Sun on Sunday that Valencia are set to initially demand £70 million for Rodrigo, but are more likely to accept a figure of around £30 million. For that latter price, it would not be difficult to understand why West Ham and Everton may be tempted to make moves.

The Toffees and the Hammers certainly need to bolster their striker ranks this summer, and the Spain international offers a lot of versatility that could make a £30 million move very worthwhile.
It will be interesting to see whether Everton reignite their old interest in the coming weeks or whether West Ham attempt to get him through the London Stadium door.
