Tottenham Hotspur duo Kyle Walker and Danny Rose are now seen as key members of the squad for both club and country.
In news that will be music to Spurs fans ears’, a report from the Evening Standard today suggests that Gareth Southgate is considering resting both Danny Rose and Kyle Walker for the England’s friendly against Spain tomorrow.
The pair have become integral to both their club and country over this past year or so, and with Tottenham facing so many games in different competitions this season, Southgate’s potential decision to rest them both tomorrow night will be a big boost for Mauricio Pochettino, after he has already cited fatigue as a reason for some of their lacklustre displays this term.
