Tottenham Hotspur have been tracking the Lyon ace for quite some time, according to reports.

According to a report from Football.London, £55 million might be enough for Tottenham to secure long-term target Tanguy Ndombele.
The Daily Mail reported last month that Spurs are interested in signing the Lyon ace, with the French club holding out for around €100 million (£89 million).
The France international has been in excellent form this season, showcasing the kind of ability that would undoubtedly help take Tottenham to another level.
Ndombele, 22, is widely considered to be the heir to N’Golo Kante’s throne in the French national team, and with so many years left ahead of him in the game, £55 million seems to be a very reasonable price.
Will Daniel Levy back Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino this summer, however?
Tottenham clearly need to strengthen rather substantially, if they are to challenge for the Premier League title next season, and the addition of Ndombele would be a great place to start for Pochettino and co.

Spurs have really missed Mousa Dembele since he left for China in January, but the Lyon star would help Tottenham fans quickly forget about the Belgian.
And if Football.London’s report is to believed, Tottenham surely cannot afford to miss out on the Frenchman for just £55 million.
