Tottenham Hotspur may have to pay more than first claimed for the Ajax goalkeeper Andre Onana.

The Sun reported on Saturday that Ajax ‘would sell if the right offer came in’ for Onana, who Tottenham know from the two clubs’ Champions League semi-final meetings last season.

And the newspaper stated it would take a bid of between £30million and £35m for the Dutch side to part with the Cameroonian.

But according to De Telegraaf, £35m is the very least that Ajax are looking for – with their asking price potentially reaching €50m (around £43m).

And the Dutch outlet adds that Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United have joined Tottenham in reporting to Onana’s agent, Albert Botines.
