According to a report in Football London, Tottenham Hotspur may announce the signing of Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon before the end of the month.

Mauricio Pochettino has made Ndombele one of Tottenham’s top targets this summer, with Spurs looking to strengthen in central midfield.

The 22-year-old has been one of the best players in France over the past campaign, and there is reportedly a growing confidence from Spurs that they will land their man.

Football.London claims that Tottenham are edging closer to signing Ndombele, who has indicated to them that a move to White Hart Lane would appeal.

The Daily Mail have claimed that Tottenham would have to pay £70 million for Ndombele, which would smash their transfer record.

Spurs supporters have been waiting well over 500 days now to see their side sign someone.

Ndombele would be a wonderful addition to Pochettino’s squad, and he would surely walk straight into Tottenham’s starting line-up for next season.
