According to Il Tempo (print edition, page 16, May 20, 2021), Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer to Simone Inzaghi.
The report in the Italian news publication has claimed Inzaghi is listening to offers from Tottenham, Juventus and Napoli.
The Italian manager is out of contract at Lazio at the end of next month, and no new deal is in place.
It does seem likely that Inzaghi will leave Lazio. After all, a new contract would have been agreed by now.
Inzaghi may not be a household name in football management, but the former Italy international striker has done well at Lazio.
The 45-year-old has been in charge of Lazio since 2016.
During that period, Inzaghi has won 191 games and lost 90. His points-per-match ratio is 1.87.
That is quite high. Per season it is 71.06 points on average. Manchester United in second in the Premier League table at the moment have picked up 71 points.
Under Inzaghi, Lazio finished fourth in Serie A last season and fifth in 2016-17. They will finish sixth this term.

Inzaghi could be a shrewd appointment for Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy.
Since the Italian is out of contract at Lazio soon, Spurs will not have to pay any compensation fee.
Given that he is only 45 and very young in terms of his managerial career, Inzaghi may not have a huge demand in terms of salary.
The Italian tactician could also be willing to work under a limited budget and with players coming from the academy and may not want to spend millions.
