Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to pull off a sensational deal by bringing Isco to the Premier League.
Isco
A report in the Daily Mirror has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur plan to move once again for Real Madrid midfielder Isco during the summer transfer window.
Rumours linking the 24-year-old with a move to Spurs are certainly nothing new. The Sun reported in January that the Premier League side have been interested in the Spaniard for a while and made their first attempt to actually sign him last summer.
Meanwhile, Sky Sports‘ Spanish football expert Guillem Balague suggested later that same month that Spurs were no longer interested and a potential exit was unlikely.
Therefore, Tottenham fans would certainly be forgiven for being sceptical about the chances of pulling off a potential deal. However, there is perhaps slightly greater reason for optimism this time around.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino
According to the Mirror, Isco will have just one year left on his deal at the Bernabeu come the end of the campaign and his inability to enjoy a prolonged run in Los Blancos’ team has led to him openly admitting recently that he will think about his future if he does not receive more opportunities.
If he does decide that he wants to leave, Tottenham have surely got to do everything they can to bring him to England.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men are starting to knock on the door towards the summit of the Premier League table and are looking to make a regular impact in the Champions League, and Isco – who has five goals and five assists from his 17 La Liga appearances this term – could arguably be the kind of signing that elevates them.
And with former Spurs stars Luka Modric and Gareth Bale playing alongside him at the Bernabeu, Tottenham have surely got to register some interest in the hope that their old players can convince him to head towards North London if he makes the decision that he needs a change of scene.
