Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool are reportedly keeping tabs on Youri Tielemans.
Reports emanating this morning suggest that Spurs and Liverpool are two of six clubs interested in signing Anderlecht’s highly-rated midfielder Youri Tielemans, according to the Daily Star.
The 19-year-old is highly regarded in his home land, and already has an international cap to his name with Belgium.
Tieleman’s is an extremely accomplished passer of the football, and comfortable receiving the ball in tight areas, providing a fantastic outlet for his defensive teammates when they are under pressure from what is now becoming the commonplace high-press.

The report from the Daily Star claims that Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Bayern Munich are also keeping tabs on the teenager, who has incredibly already made 142 appearances for his club.
Tielemans attributes would seem to suit Jürgen Klopp’s side more than Mauricio Pochettino’s, with the Spurs’ midfield already packed full of ball-playing stars.
And if there is one area where the Reds could improve, it would be arguably in the centre of the park.

The 19-year-old is under contract with Anderlecht until the summer of 2020, so it will surely take a fairly substantial transfer fee to prise him away from the Belgian outfit, should any of the clubs mentioned pursue their reported interest in signing him.
