The Cameroonian has been linked with an exit from Watford, just a few weeks after signing a new deal at the club.

Watford defender Allan Nyom is being targeted by La Liga side Real Betis as the transfer window approaches closure.
It is reported by Estadio Deportivo that the Spanish club are looking into snapping up Nyom this week, and that the player is open to a loan move.

Betis are not alone however, with the report also stating that Eibar and Espanyol, managed by his former Watford boss Quique Sanchez Flores, are keen on signing the Watford star.
Nyom has previously played in Spain, hence the strength in his options there. The 28-year-old Frenchman spent six seasons at Granada, on loan from Udinese.

The interest appears legitimate but it would be a surprise to see him make the move.
The Cameroon international only signed a new contract at Watford earlier this month. The new four-year deal would seemingly suggest he is happy at the club, but the Spanish reports suggest differently.

Nyom has not yet featured in the Premier League for Watford this season and the arrival of Darryl Janmaat from Newcastle United have reduced his options even more at Vicarage Road.
