Southampton are reportedly interested in signing Lazio left-back Jordan Lukaku.
Reports emanating from Italy today suggest that Southampton are the latest club to show interest in Lazio left-back Jordan Lukaku, joining Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign the Belgian, according to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero.
The 22-year-old is the younger brother of Everton striker Romelu Lukaku, and has achieved five caps for Belgium so far in his fledgling career.

The Lazio man is highly regarded in European circles, and although he has only made four league appearances for the Serie A side since his move to Italy in July, he has impressed every time he has taken to the field.
Lukaku was linked with a move to Spurs last month, with Sky Sports reporting that the London club were considering making a £10 million bid for the player.

With Danny Rose and Ben Davies already at the club though, a move to the Saints would seem to be the better fit for the Belgian.
The report from Il Messaggero claims that the South Coast outfit are considering a summer bid for Lukaku, although much will depend on the form of Ryan Bertrand and the development of talented youngster Sam McQueen.
