Tottenham Hotspur are expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer.
According to a report from Football.London, Tottenham will not be signing anyone this summer until Mauricio Pochettino has sat down with Daniel Levy to discuss what the club’s new five-year project looks like.
Spurs have not signed a single player since January 2018, when they bought Lucas Moura from Paris Saint-Germain, but incredibly, they still managed to reach the Champions League final last season.
It is quite clear to see that Tottenham need to make drastic improvements during the off-season, however, if they are to mount a more sustained challenge for the Premier League title next term.
The north London outfit have already been linked with a plethora of names this summer, but as things stand, they are still yet to make any additions to their senior setup.
And according to Football.London, that is because Pochettino and Levy are still yet to sit down to discuss a new five-year plan.
There is, of course, plenty of time remaining before the transfer window slams shut, but as time continues to rumble on, Tottenham fans will become more and more nervous at the prospect of another summer without any new signings.
