The Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder is on Jurgen Klopp’s radar.
Mahmoud Dahoud
SportBild in Germany is reporting that Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Mahmoud Dahoud, who has been linked with a move to Liverpool recently, has a release clause in his current deal with the club.
They claim that Dahoud is available for just €10million (£8.56 million) due to the clause in his current deal.

However, there is one hitch – the clause does not activate until the end of the season in 2017.
Liverpool have been linked with the player all summer.

The Daily Mail reported that Dahoud was likely to stay with the Bundesliga side during this transfer window, despite Liverpool’s apparently ‘aggressive’ attempts to snap him up this summer.

Liverpool are now likely to wait on the deal, especially considering how cheap he could be.
At the turn of the year Dahoud was being linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur. At that time it was reported by Bild that Spurs were readying a move for the player, stating a fee for the player could potentially be worth £27.5 million.
Considering Liverpool could save up to £18.94 million on any prospective move for the 20-year-old, it would be prudent to wait.
