Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are said to be competing with Celtic for Harry Wilson this summer.
Celtic and Glasgow Rangers have both been linked with Wilson in recent times in the Scottish Sun.
It is the Bhoys who have made contact with Liverpool most recently, but a deal looks complicated, with the Reds reportedly not keen on loaning the prospect out to Scotland.
Both Rangers and Celtic could struggle to bring Wilson in this summer, as Jurgen Klopp feels he could make the breakthrough at Anfield next term.
If Liverpool do decide to loan out Wilson, they are also said to prefer to shift him to an English club, with Norwich City keen.
Rangers have been pursuing Wilson for much of the summer so far, with new boss Steven Gerrard a keen admirer.
Celtic, meanwhile, have only recently become interested in the youngster, but Liverpool are said to have noted Charly Musonda’s struggles on loan at Parkhead last season and have some reluctance with letting him join Brendan Rodgers’ side.
