Everton are set to make a number of changes to their squad over the summer transfer window.

Everton are looking to make big additions in the coming weeks, after appointing Silva as their new boss yesterday.
But the Toffees are said to be looking to offload many fringe players to make room for any new signings.

Wayne Rooney could depart, and the Times suggest Ashley Williams, Sandro Ramirez, Kevin Mirallas and Muhamed Besic are the other players who Silva could sell.
It is hardly a surprise to see Sandro and Mirallas on the list of potential players who could leave, but Besic and Williams may have felt they had some chance of breaking into the team this season.

Besic impressed on a loan spell with Middlesbrough last term, and his energy in midfield could have suited Silva’s style.
Williams, meanwhile, had a dire campaign last term, but Everton are short of viable options at centre-back currently.
