Arsenal fans will be hoping for a creative signing in January, as the Gunners desperately need a boost going forward.
Mikel Arteta’s men have scored just twice in their last seven Premier League games, and are really struggling to create chances in open play.
One of the top players being linked Arsenal is RB Salzburg star Dominik Szoboszlai, who is starring over in Austria.
The 20-year-old has bagged eight goals and nine assists in 18 games this season, building on his fine campaign last term.
Szoboszlai hit 12 goals and 18 assists last season, and now looks set to leave Salzburg for a huge move in 2021.
The Athletic claimed late last month that Arsenal want to sign Szoboszlai, but it has long been suggested that Leipzig are leading the race due to their connection with Salzburg.
Now though, Bild offer some hope to Arsenal. They claim that Leipzig are struggling for cash at the moment, and may only be in a position to sign Szoboszlai in the summer.
It’s claimed that Leipzig need an influx of cash from somewhere, and it may well come from Leeds United if the Bundesliga side get their way.

They claim that Leeds owe them €21million (£19million) for Jean-Kevin Augustin, who has since moved on to Nantes.
FIFA will only make a decision by the summer, meaning Leipzig face a wait to find out whether Leeds will be forced to pay up for the Frenchman.
Without that cash, Arsenal may have a window of opportunity to sign Szoboszlai before Leipzig can – and it could well hinge on whether Leeds are forced to pay big money as a result of a permanent clause that wasn’t honoured.
